About the event

With an opportunity of the English Heritage Week, We, Wat Phra Dhammakaya London, the Buddhist temple converted from the historical Brookwood Church with 156 years of history, proudly invite everyone from all walks of life to come and explore the Buddhist way of life and inner peace meditation. Within the event, you will learn about the history of the place, the Buddhist Basic concepts and the Meditation practice. Don't forget to enjoy Thai snack and refreshment service in the garden. And if you have children, please bring them with as our chidren's activity is available as well.

13.00     Temple tour starts! (first come, first served. 5 - 10 people per group)

14.00     Opening ceremony

14.15      Temple presentation and Basic Buddhist Concept (Children activity in the White room)

14.45     Meditation session

15.00     Dhamma Talk

15.30     Blessing Ceremony

15.45     Free walk and talk

16.30     End of event

(As we have limited parking space in our premise, visitors can park their car for free the Redding way car park which is located next to the 2nd roundabout in front of the temple.)
